“I had a scheduled service visit and wanted to get the interior done as well. The technician, Marcus, had not been informed on my interior request. When he arrived, he texted me to let me know he had arrived and would begin the service. I immediately called him and informed him of my request. I asked if he could give me a 15 minute to return to the house. Marcus said he would service another customer in the neighborhood and would return to the house. When Marcus returned, he was very pleasant and professional. I thanked him for accommodating my request even though he had not been informed. He treated the exterior and then proceeded to do the interior. Marcus, was thorough and attentive with his performance. I felt he cared for my home with the same attitude and thoroughness as if it was his own. We had good conversation as he performed the service. He just gave off good energy. It was a pleasure talking with him. Marcus provided great customer service. He is the perfect example of a model technician who cares about his work performance and customer engagement. He even send pictures of his exterior task even though I was present during the visit. Marcus is not only a good technician but he is also a good person with a good spirit and positive energy. Keep up the good work, Marcus! See you at the next visit.”
