“The service provider today wasn’t the greatest we have had with Aptive. He started to do work outside without even saying hello. I was the one who came out my garage and had to greet him as he slowly took off his ear phones? Ear covers? Most service providers speak to us and ask what we need and what critters are bothering our home and he didn’t ask anything or say much. Just did his thing and left without a goodbye.”

“Excellent experience. The technician-Leslie was courtesy, polite, and such a people person. The sales rep-Grant was very thorough and just polite. He was not pushy in terms of trying to gain your business. Because I was already familiar with the company and service offered I could confidently agree with everything that was quoted and presented. I also appreciate Leslie going over everything again before starting the service because things can easily get lost in translation when speaking with sales rep. Both were great and very professional and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly and clearly. Would love to have Leslie has the permanent technician for future treatments.”
