“I was disappointed in Arrow's policies and cannot give them a good review. I wanted a one time in/out spray and wanted to see if there was an issue (dead bug count) that would require me to maintain a contract. They said a one-time in/out was $350 so I might as well get their service for a year for the same price and let them come out quarterly with their warranties for return service. They REQUIRE you to pay monthly via auto-debit, etc. I did not want to pay monthly and I was certainly not giving them permission to auto-deduct from here to eternity. So they lost my business. Then I get a call from corporate out of Sarasota who says they would lower it to $250 for a one-time. Sorry still too high and concerned about the business tactics. I called other businesses and found this payment expectation is the standard in this business--but can also tell you that Arrow was about $80 more than their competitors in their quotes. That being said, have seen them do good work for others and honor their guarantee if you do have a bug problem or do have spare cash for eternal payments.”

“Until we contracted with Arrow Environmental to treat our mobile home for wood born termites, we were content with their general, routine pest control service. Imagine our surprise when we learned they had contracted out our tenting to a different company. Now, imagine that company's worker examined our roof at our request and told us, "Your roof is solid. It is in great condition." Then, when the first downpour of rain came, ...... the ceiling in our living room leaks. A close examination of the roof by a licensed, insured roofing company reveals that the metal roof had been damaged in the tenting process. His exact words were, "Whoever was on this roof didn't know how to walk on a metal roof. There are puddles of standing water where they walked between the seams causing them to sink with each step." Seeing we had a roofing company checking our roof, our neighbor comes to us and states, "The day they took the tent off your roof, there was a worker walking all over it. I would not have wanted him on my roof." Here's the worst part, the sub-contracted company sends a representative to take pictures. He reports to his insurance company that the roof was not done to code, yet this roof had been inspected annually by the previous owners and passed inspection. His worker had stated the roof was solid....in great condition. His insurance company denies the claim. As the contracting company, Arrow submits the claim based on the sub-contractor's comments. We have not only paid Arrow for work done by Pest Guard, a $2400 job cost us $6,450. Both companies have insurance for such instances, yet the consumer is at their mercy. Codes change daily, however, there is no excuse for neglectful and incompetent workmanship. No one who lacks knowledge of the proper way to walk on a metal roof should step one foot on your roof. If the roofing foreman, a repair contractor, and the examining agents of both Arrow and Pest Guard were able to walk on the roof to examine the damages without further incident, why was the roof damaged? An unqualified, careless employee who removed the tent, did not know what he was doing! For any consumer living in a mobile home with a metal roof, we do not recommend using the services of Arrow Environmental or Pest Guard for tenting!”
