“I had a scheduled appointment for a tire alignment. When I got to the shop, at the scheduled time, I was told that the customer who was there prior for an alignment was still on the machine. I was then told by the person in the front office that I would also have to wait for yet another truck that was friend of the owner who would be put in line before me because the front desk person did not want to get in trouble with his boss and decided that this person was more important than me and needed to be taken care of first. I was told that I would have to wait an hour before they would get my car on the machine. I was completely appalled to be told that I would have to wait, even when I had an appointment scheduled just because this other person was a friend of the owners. I left and went down the street to another shop who was able to get me in and get the car aligned almost immediately. Felt completely disregarded, unimportant, and because of this experience will not take any of our cars back to this business.”
