“We hired Cooks Pest Control in July 2022. We have another home out of state and are only here sporadically. We are billed for quarterly pest control, yet we find that when we ARE here, no pest control has been done. Ant colonies are right outside our back door (even though they say they take care of them 10 feet out), and wasp nests are DIRECTLY outside our back door. We received a survey asking for feedback, and responded that we weren't satisfied with the service, so they sent a technician back, without notification, to recheck the property. They did NOT address the areas we sent pictures of, and charged EXTRA to come back.”
