“I do not recommend this company. I was quoted 4800.00 for brown recluse treatment, with mandatory aftertreatments. My husband and I were both bitten, and had to seek medical attention. I had an appointment with Cook's, and I had to cancel it because an immediate family member died. I let them know to text me back in a few days, and I would let my husband deal with them. No one ever called or texted, which is fine as I have since learned that they were grossly overcharging. However, it's extremely unprofessional. I'm going to try Atlus, a highly recommended company. They are from Alabama, and probably here in TN to undercut these companies that are ripping people off.”
