“NEVER use this company. They will lie to you and cheat you. They do not honor their contracts and will bill you more than they are contractually allowed. You get nothing but poor service and run-around from this company and its employees. I don't typically leave 1 star reviews, but this one is deserved. If I could give less than 1 star, I DEFINITELY would. These people should not be in business.”

“Cook's has been very thorough but I really have to give a shout out to the best technician from any Pest Control company we've ever used -- that includes 3 different ones on Pensacola and 3 in New Orleans! And who wants to talk about pest control? just the word pests in the home makes me uneasy! Here in the south- Pest control is a must do ..but there are so many companies and employees that really don't do more than spray and bolt. Lorraine -- remember her name and ask for her ! - was so incredibly thorough ! and incredibly committed to her job! Lorraine's remarkable thoroughness and unwavering commitment to her job were so impressive that I felt compelled to share her name as an exemplary service technician. She is the WOW factor for this company!”
