“Fox Pest Control is a fantastic! They helped me out in a jam when we located 3 yellow jacket nests on our property. They were easy to schedule, took care of the issue, and also offered preventative care for the future. I highly recommend their services including this quarterly treatment program where they bill you monthly. If you notice issues between treatments, it's covered and they come out quickly to help. Recently Jared did our quarterly treatment and I feel went above and beyond to ensure our house is protected from pests. Thanks to the full team over there, keep doing what you're doing!”

“This is THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT you could ever have the misery to do business with, from top management, to customer service down to the completely inexperienced "technicians". Fox Pest Control is the worst exterminator/pest control establishment; unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful and rude. Waiting on hold for 15 minutes to get through to inexperienced customer service rep as an established customer, that should be tip number one that they do not value their customers. Punctual call backs, communication with scheduling or scheduling running late or no shows are all things you will experience should you attempt to do business with them. However they will be sure to bill you for said "services". Experiencing this from the top level "management" with no resolution or apology for issues that arose from technicians never showing up and never receiving communication from anyone in the customer service department. The manager I spoke to (Chris) to discuss my frustrations was rude, unapologetic and uninterested in trying to rectify the issues. Also hung up on me when I told him I wanted to cancel my quarterly services! How's that for a professional outfit? If you need an effective and professional business to assist you with your home or business, DO NOT WORK WITH Fox Pest Control.”

The day of my appointment, Scott explained what I should expect, recommended services and was just nothing but amazing.
