“I've "NEVER" written a review before today. I have been utilizing this company for several years. This year, like a lot of you, we had problems with earwigs. I called John and they came out and sprayed. 3 weeks later, we are still having problems in the kitchen, bedroom and other living areas of our home. I called John, upon arrival and showing him where we are seeing them, he stated that "I'm not spraying this house again". My daughter let him inside. I called John after she told me this, his comments were as follows: "We are busy, there is nothing you can say to make me come back and respray, people wait until their 30 days is up and then call me to respray just because we say guarantee, I've been doing this for XX amount of years," this went on and I advised him that we've always used them, that I've never had someone speak like that before to a customer and that I was disappointed in his response. I will never use them again, I'd rather try a can of Black Flag (i know it won't work). I will tell my neighbors and everyone else how I was treated as a contract customer. He did finally apologize, but used the excuse that they were busy. That's no excuse to mistreat a customer. Where's the customer service in the attitude. So be forewarned, if they get busy, it's not a "guarantee" they will fix your problem. Oh, I forgot to mention I called them a week earlier with no response and had to call them back.”
