“Great service! There were a number of cancellations because of the rain, so I was able to get Sean out within the hour (really more like within 20 minutes!). Sean was super friendly and quick, he was able to identify the type of roach and did service inside and outside. Sean also handled the wasps outside and their abundance of nests. Despite all this, he was done within the hour. If all employees are like Sean, I recommend Johnny Bugs completely! Additionally, they have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy, so if we still saw roaches after two weeks, to give them a call back and an employee will come out for another treatment free of charge for 3 months. “I was impressed the tech not only sprayed he also took a brush and knocked down some wasp nest debris and spider webs where I can't reach. He spent about 30 min on the outside of the house. I have never had a company take the time and never ever brush spider webs away. They did have a hard time controlling the ants in the yard at first but kept coming back at no extra charge until they were gone. I highly recommend this company.”
