“We switched to Massey after consistently having problems with another company. From day one, Massey has been incredible. During our initial inspection, James really took the time to explain different treatment options & answered all of our questions with ease. Our technician, Niikow, has been a God send. Prior to Massey, every couple months we’d get a different tech and had to start over with simple instructions on getting to our backyard and ended up with a damaged gate. Niikow is always polite and friendly, is thorough; I had no idea how much the previous company wasn’t doing until we made the switch. Grace, who I believe is the office assistant, keeps me informed and doesn’t make me feel like I’m asking for the world when I need to reschedule. She’s always friendly and makes me feel like my business is valued. Recommend without reservation!”
