“So we used to use Home Team Protection but switched to Massey because they had cheaper services. Well now I am paying for the cheaper services. I called this morning and told them we have sugar ants and we need someone out today. I am told that there is no guarantee that the technician will be out today. They would need to reroute their route today and they may not be able to do so. Therefore the technician will most likely call you tomorrow. Really? When I called Home Team with any issue, they were out the same day! Home Team may be getting our business AGAIN!”

“It's frustrating to deal with Massie's service—or the lack thereof. Despite calling six times since October for someone to assess the baits, and even being put on the schedule during my last call, today's representative claimed there was no service request on file and insisted someone had visited, which certainly wasn't the case.”
