“This company wasn’t helpful at all and it seems like they purposely try to scam you of your money! After the first visit of this company my tenant told me that the mouse was very active around the kitchen and their traps didn’t work at all. Since that happened I called the company and they told me they will not come even though I had the 3-month warranty. I ended up calling them again because the problem got worse even after their visit. When they came in for the second visit, they started arguing with my tenant and never completed the job and they just left. I am appalled with the customer service of this company.”

After two visits that didn't change anything regarding a moderate mouse problem we had, they became completely unresponsive to 20+ calls from people in our building, despite the fact that we were still under warranty (until the 20th call, by which they had run out the warranty clock).”

“I called B&B Pest Control on a Saturday regarding a problem with mice in our house. Within hours Jerry returned my call. Jerry answered all my questions and provided me with a detailed plan on how they would resolve the rotten issue. Not only did he guarantee they would solve the problem it also came with a 3-month warranty. Derek came to the house on Monday and found the problem. He also identified other potential problem areas and fixed them. Derek was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided a detailed list of work he performed and what to expect. We have not had a problem with mice since. I highly recommend this company, thank you Jerry and Derek.”
