George came early in the day (on a Saturday), was very friendly, explained everything, and took care of everything while we took off for our planned Labor Day weekend trip (and to keep our kids away from the angry bees). We appreciate the quick and thorough service (with warranty better than the competitor we called), and George was friendly, experienced, and communicative throughout the process.
