“Went back to edit my review. Contacted AAA Pest control and was attended by Receptionist Renee. We informed her that we had roaches of all sizes in kitchen. Was provided info on 3 different packages. Accepted the bronze package and serviceman Jeremy came out to service our home. Here we are 5 days later and we might have seen 5 dead roaches and roaches on our food. Receptionist Renee lied and said we told here we had no roaches in the kitchen where that's the only area in the house with roaches. After talking with management and they relayed info to owner, they did not offer to fix the problem. They only offered to charge us $80.00 more or getting a complete refund. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. They are no good to do business with!! Go elsewhere!!!”
