“I have used Adams pest control for years, and prior to my recent experience, I would have recommended their company. Sadly I can no longer do this. We received a letter saying that they were cancelling our annual contract with them. When my wife called to inquire, she was told that I had said something inappropriate to one of their female field employees when they serviced my home. Funny thing is that I've only had male agents service my home. When my wife tried telling Mike Nichols from Adams this, he said that it was in the file, so I must have said this. I have reached out and left multiple voice mails with Mike, and he will not return my calls. I always conduct my interactions in a courteous manner with a high degree of integrity. I can not say the same for Adams. I don't even care about losing the contract, as they are not the only game in town. What I do care about is being accused of something that I did't say or do, and for an agent of the company to not even have the professionalism or common courtesy to call me to have a discussion. I work in a customer driven business, and would never accuse a customer of something like this without doing the basic research of seeing if said employee was ever at my home. If that simple 2 minute investigation had occurred , then they would know that it never happened. I guess it is easier to wrongfully accuse and lose a customer of many years than it is to do their due diligence. I know that they are a small company and have the right to work with who they want, but it is unacceptable to make a completely false allegation and then not have the decency to have a conversation with wrongly accused. I appreciate that Adams has a policy in effect to protect their employees, but I think that they need to be sure that the person that they are accusing was actually involved with that employee. I expect more from companies that I do business with, as should any customer that choses to do business with Adams. Do better Adams!”

“When we first found bed bugs, we initially used a different company that only sprayed for bed bugs in our mattress and bed frame. But once we noticed that the bugs had spread into the couches in our living room, we decided to reach out to a company that used the heat treatment process. We called Adams Pest Control and got an appointment with Fritz, and with very little wait time- Fritz really was so amazing! He looked through the house, told us what our next steps were and made the process so seemless. He gave me the name and email of his office contact Melanie- she was the best resource for all my questions! - and they gave us simple, straightforward instructions that were very easy to follow and understand. Our heat treatment guy Jason, aka “Shorty”, was fantastic, and took care of getting rid of those nasty little bed bugs! Fritz came in about three weeks later to do a follow up spray but since there was no sign of any live bed bugs he didn’t have to do that extra spray treatment. Their entire team has been so very helpful and supportive, we are truly thankful for their services. I am grateful that I am finally able to get a good night’s sleep!”

“I have used Adam's Pest Control for over 20 years, mainly for control of mice, and have found their service excellent, until yesterday. Despite the many snap traps in the basement there was a mouse running around. The traps had been baited some time ago and the bait was gone so I needed someone to come and put out new bait. This has happened before and it was taken care of. But when I called yesterday to request service I was told there would be a $79 charge for this. I called a second time and was told the same thing by someone else. I was told that was the policy. Since when? Always, I was told. I said I had never paid extra before and no one seemed to have an explanation for that. I have since canceled my contract with Adam's because of this. According to my daughter, who also uses Adam's, the contract states that such services are included. So what's going on here?”
