“Currently am dealing with a disaster bug situation left over from my renters. Spoke with Alisha I believe her role is a customer service rep. She was able to get a technician out to my house and get it treated within 15 minutes of me calling for emergency help. Alisha was caring, professional, is absolutely who you want on the other end of the phone helping you when you need it the most. Thank you for helping me and my family today and also the tech Chris who came and treated the house it a great job. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and managed my concerns.”

“I purchased my home in june of 2023, The previous owners were using arrows so we continued with them. They had a new guy take on our property who did a very poor job. We ended up with a german roach problem. I communicated several times with the front desk and responded to emails about my dissatisfaction. Nothing was done to make it right no discount. No refund, Nothing done to make it right. even after they admitted that They had no doubt our guy did a very poor job and that he was no longer with them.. I had a Tech reach out to me today. To try to bring us back offering a discount and saying he would take care of the german roaches.. Just for his manager to let him know. He could not give us a discount or take us on. Arrow acted as if this was a me problem instead of taking responsibility and making the situation right. I will be sticking to brian pest control.”
