He has us assisted with every kind of pest and rodent issue we have had as well as other members of our family. “Eric came over for a short inspection, spent about 5 minutes in one room of the house and was very unpleasant. He assured us that we were dealing with formosan swarmers in an old house and left. We encountered huge amounts of swarmers over the next few days, and he lectured me for 10 minutes on the phone that there was nothing to do. We called another inspector who located 3 different colonies of dry wood termites in the house that Eric never even bothered to check out. Apparently he couldn't tell the difference. Maybe this company is good for preventive maintenance but they were horrible when it came to diagnosis and treatment.”

“Called and was serviced same day! Spoke with Dawn early in the morning and she was so helpful and on point with everything. Dawn was able to get me in SAME DAY before we leave town on vacation.
