“The young man GRANT who came and shared with me your product was very knowledgeable and polite and honest with me! The product seems very reliable and will be nice to get rid of all our spiders and bugs inside and out! I loved seeing what this company does by watching the video presentation on the phone…very professional I thought! The price is reasonable, too! And I didn’t feel pressured which is hard to find nowadays! These young men work very hard out in the sweltering heat each day to make our lives better…thank you!”

“Beware of door-to-door salesman. I am not happy with this company. They came to my door and offered me the one year contract with the first application at a reasonable price. After the first application I saw no difference with the bugs on my house. I am having a problem with Boxelder bugs and Elm seed bugs. After A few months, I called the company and told them I was not happy because I still had a lot of bugs. It was time for the second application. I expected, since I had called and complained, I would get a more thorough application. The technician spent about 15 seconds on the front yard and did not do the backyard. I asked him if he could spray higher on the house and he said I am not permitted to spray over my head. He wore no mask. I have light deck furniture on my deck near my house. He would not spray there because he would not move the deck furniture. I moved the deck furniture for him and I am a 73-year old woman. The young male technician then sprayed the house. I could have done a better job of spraying myself. This company is not worth it. When my contract is up, I will be looking for another pest company.”

“Good luck getting ahold of anyone about anything after they see you the first time. I've been trying to contact someone to come spray again where we've already paid. I'm aware that after the first spray, the bugs all kinda come out, but we need a respray. At this point I'm wanting to cancel everything. Very unimpressed and just overall wouldn't recommend. It's nothing like what we were promised. I'll change my review if I'm actually able to contact someone and get the service we were promised. These pictures were taken right after the first spray and "knockdown of all webs and what not." These don't show half of what was left everywhere else. **Where I'm u able to get ahold of anyone I'm putting in this review that as of today, I'm canceling all services with BRD Pest Solutions. **”
