“I am nearing the end of a 1 year contract with BRD Pest Solutions, I no longer need their services but did not have any complaints about the work they did around my home. Their salesperson came to my door last spring and set me up for an initial visit for a super discounted price. From there I was contracted over the next year. The contract contains an early cancellation clause. They do not tell you this during the pitch. Ask questions. Ask to see the contract before signing. When a business does their work on a contracted time period it's not uncommon for them to try and recoup a portion of expected revenue on contracts that are cancelled early. Do I love it? No, but it makes sense from a business perspective. As easy as it is to sign up for their program, I do recommend that they have a simple method of cancellation for homeowners who complete their initial contracts. Don't make me call someone, I'll do that if I want to negotiate my price. If I want to cancel, let me cancel in writing or via cancel/pause/resume through a customer portal.”

“Mike spoonmore was awesome! He made sure to do a very thorough job and verified before he started if we had been having any issues so he could pay extra attention to that. Definitely very friendly and and I had a great experience with him today.”

“BRD customer service was great. We received a few treatments from them this past year and it did great with the spiders in our garage and hardly any wasps nest away from our toddler. They missed an appointment twice but gave a us credit and sprayed our basement as compensation.”
