“Troy has become very rude and unresponsive. He used to be better to work with, and I had enjoyed working with Joe until Joe suddenly left and moved away. I know Troy is nearing retirement and trying to sell this company, but that's no reason to treat customers this way. Plus he couldn't get rid of our pest problems over the past years.”
