“We had used Bear Pest Control for a hornet issue in our home last year and they cleared it up beautifully! So when MICE became an issue this year I knew exactly who to call: Bear. I called after hours and Troy returned my call by 8:10 the next morning. We scheduled a consultation for the following afternoon. Troy circled my home with me showing me potential access points where the mice could be coming in ultimately identifying a location that would need to be addressed by a contractor. (Yes, I caught a mouse outside that area that night!) He didn't try to sell me anything, or push a contract (like another local pest control company did to my parents to place poisin around their home). When I asked if I could write him a check for a site visit he said no need. Honest, prompt, customer focused family business - that I will be returning to again next time!”
