“I called for a pest inspection to buy a home. Was told I would have to speak to a technician to see his schedule. The technician calls back and says he can do it the following week. I call the office to pay and finalize arrival time so I can inform the seller. I get told they have no record from technician. Told technician will call me again. The technician calls me and says the office says to wait until he is in that area again to do it. This is not what we discussed the following day for day and time. I cannot wait 3 weeks for an apt when trying to close on a home. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. Call someone else that knows how to handle their customers.”

“Cliff came and inspected our single wide trailer for bed bugs. After my mom and myself verified there were no bed bugs Cliff was generous enough to come and ease my total anxiety and nerves about having them and do a full inspect and verified there were no bugs, I knew that we probably did not have them but I just wanted a professional to come down and be sure. Thanks! If the owner reads this, kudos to Cliff!”
