“Boris Pest Control can come quickly and is not super expensive. However, it did not work the first time, second time or third time. And, on the third time, all tenants of all units complained the people who came were rude and were making no effort. If you say you'll fix it if it doesn't work, you have to actually fix it -- or suggest something that would. Unfortunately, we can't use them for our properties again. To the owner: feel free to call me if you disagree with the above. I'll show you the mice pictures, and the comments from my tenants.”
