“I definitely wouldnt recommend brooks to anyone. Our pest issue is still the same. They never fixed it! There was times i would speak with the receptionist and then I would speak with a higher up and I would get two totally different stories. If not, three different stories when they would send me to somebody else there was times that I was told that I wouldn’t have to make an appointment they would make the appointment and then when I called when they hadn’t showed up in over two months, I was told by the receptionist I had to call and make the appointment and then spoke to higher up and he said that the receptionist was wrong and then they want to sit and argue with you When you’re frustrated and they pretty much try to tell you that your lying about the stuff that you’re saying then and a bunch more I don’t recommend to anybody!!!!”

“I have used Brooks Pest Control for YEARS, they are friendly, same man always comes “not like others who send a different person every time”, they are professional, honest, and if I see a problem arise they will come in between visits to treat. Darren was great (then retired) now Cody is our tec… just as nice and they do a fantastic job. The office girls are helpful and would definitely recommend.”

“One of the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. They will come for the initial service because they need your initial service money, they will never ever show up for repeat service even if there is problem and will mark the appointment as complete in their system. Be aware of this fraud company. Raising a dispute right away!”
