“This place is absolutely ridiculous they charge you quite a bit and the bugs don’t go away called them out for pee ants and they had to come back for second time in a week and still didn’t kill them they use water down bug spray I went to Lowe’s and got some cheaper bug spray and haven’t seen ants since I sprayed they barely spray anything and where they spray on the calling it leaves some type of spray marks from whatever they use please look around and look at reviews cause this place definitely tells it all by there reviews I wished I would’ve looked and seen reviews before hiring them I canceled my service with them and decided just to do myself it’s not worth..”

“I definitely wouldnt recommend brooks to anyone. Our pest issue is still the same. They never fixed it! There was times i would speak with the receptionist and then I would speak with a higher up and I would get two totally different stories. If not, three different stories when they would send me to somebody else there was times that I was told that I wouldn’t have to make an appointment they would make the appointment and then when I called when they hadn’t showed up in over two months, I was told by the receptionist I had to call and make the appointment and then spoke to higher up and he said that the receptionist was wrong and then they want to sit and argue with you When you’re frustrated and they pretty much try to tell you that your lying about the stuff that you’re saying then and a bunch more I don’t recommend to anybody!!!!”
