“Friendly service explained all my questions professional manner”

“Tech was nice but was told when I started service that if issues came up they would come right out. I called Monday morning told them I had an issue with bees in my house, I was told they were booked solid till the following week but was eager to add my seasonal session which had been done 2 monthes prior. I called next day because issue was worse and I found the "area" but it was too high and I informed the dispatcher that the hive was up on the roof, she rudely blew me off saying she'd call back if any openings(never heard from her) Come appt time a week after intial call and the tech shows up no ladder and no equipment to take care of the initial problem I called for but yet still wants to do and charge me for my seasonal spray while telling me it'll be another 3+ days till he can get the proper equipment and then FIT ME BACK INTO SCHEDULE!! To me this is just terrible business and unacceptable all around no communication no follow up poor customer service from the dispatcher responsible in relaying info. Didn't want to have to use the big commercial pest controls wanted to support a local business but unfortunately just too poor of service for me.”
