“Edit 2: Almost 4 months later, I started hearing rats in the walls again. Apparently they decided to cancel the contract without notifying me, and stopped checking the traps a long time ago. They never called me back, despite saying they would. I did everything they told me to, and was left high and dry. If they change their mind, this review will come down again, but I dont think the office has any intention of being honest anymore. Edit: After leaving this review, a month later I received a call from BugPro offering a free spray treatment on my house if I promised to remove my review. I agreed, and they came out and sprayed it, but a week or two later she calls to make sure the review was deleted. I had to ask her why my house was full of bugs I'd never seen before, NOT DEAD, for almost a week after the spray. There were MORE BUGS in my house after the spray than before. She said that was not normal, that usually you'll see dead bugs afterward, but I hadn't seen a single dead bug, and still havent weeks later. The house is still full of bugs. She said that a technician would contact me about the issue, but no one did, and now the office wont answer their phone. Original: Terrible with scheduling, and did nothing about the termites, even though we have a contract. Took weeks to get someone out to my home after they changed/canceled my appointment several times without notifying me. When they took a look at my house, they were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Shined a flashlight on a couple walls for a second, looked at the outisde walls for a moment, and preferred making idle conversation instead of inspecting. They did not look at the attic and skipped an entire half of the house. TWICE. All I was told as they were leaving is that the termites are my problem, and I'll just have to buy some OFF! (mosquito repellent) and spray it all over the windows and walls to prevent the termites from coming in. They told me that it is essentially my problem, and they wont do anything about it until after there is an infestation. According to them there is nothing they can do to prevent termites. I have no idea what Im supposed to do here, since no one will help me. The termites fill my house every night, and theyre crawling all over me in my sleep.”
