“AVOID at all costs!!! I should have reported this in 2015 when I was selling my home. The buyer & myself received a report stating that we had all kinds of problems with our crawl space. This made no sense since we had done renovations to the home and the wood rot in the crawl space had ALL been removed/replaced with new pt wood. Then the crawl space was encapsulated to keep it in good condition. I noticed on the report that the address listed on page 3 was not my address??? Bingo, so I called the owner to let him know and he flipped out on me. Would not accept the fact that they had given us the wrong report. Immediately told me that it was not the wrong report, was very nasty!!! Preferred to see us lose the sale on our home rather than admitting that he was wrong. I had to hire a contractor to come and check out the crawlspace and give us a letter stating that there was no active fungi growth in our crawlspace. This company should be shut down!!! Shame on you for not trying to correct the issue. We are all human & we all make mistakes but to chose letting us lose a sale over your pride is disgusting!”
