“Captain termite: I truly hate it when there is no consistency in the messaging or actions received from contractor personnel. for me this is the clearest sign you are not dealing with professionals. Each time i experience this from a contractor it chips away at the contractors credibility and trust in my decision to hire them. This continued to occurs with my previous termite contractor “ see previous review”. Captain Termite. Was wonderful and everything my pervious contractor wasn’t . Issac and crew were fast , efficient and a pleasure to work with. My only regret was not doing my research. their quality was well known . Two friends had already used them and unequivocally recommend them without hesitation, if i had only asked sooner.”
