“We paid in advance (March 2020) for services that we still have not received. After being rescheduled multiple times (resulting in multiple no-shows from April through July) due to the staff challenges that the owner was facing, we still have not received the service we paid for. The phone number listed on the website is not functioning, and the phone number we have for the owner is no longer in service. We understand the challenges that Covid-19 has presented to all of us. We just want the service that we paid for or a full refund. Rick, at this point we just want a full refund.”

“ck out to take care a mice infestation. He was the second pest control company I hired. The first spent less than 10 minutes at the house , asked no questions and just put some bait stations under the sink. I did absolutely nothing. When I called Diamondback, Rick sat down at the table with me and asked me what was going on. He asked questions, took out his flashlight and looked around. He gave me a few different options with different prices and I made an informed decision. I just signed up with Diamondback for a spring and fall maintenance program. Diamondback had exceeded my expectations.”
