“Today I had the worst experience that I have ever had with a sales rep. Not only did he ring the doorbell multiple times (interrupting my work day), when I told the rep no, he asked when my husband would be home to talk to. He did come back and approach my husband, who is licensed through the department of agriculture and after the “no” answer was not accepted again, my husband asked which licenses the business holds, which the rep (who stated he is the manager) could not answer. We witnessed him being extremely rude to our next door neighbor, who had to tell him to leave because she did not appreciate being disrespected. Two other women were asked when their husband would be home, which is completely unacceptable. The aggressive sales tactics, claims of ants and backpedaling to state that ants are not out yet, and disrespect of multiple women was absolutely unacceptable. I would never work with this company, based on the experience of myself and my neighbors who dealt with him.”
