“Our initial experience was good. Then I found out I was locked into a two year contract which I cannot afford. The charges that were explained to me and what I am paying every three months, the latter being quite a bit higher! They have been very responsive to coming out and doing retreating as we continue to have a problem area in our home.”

“I wanted to like this company but really it's way overpriced and they don't do anything extra. Walk around the house and spray gone in 5 minutes. Then the upselling comes. Garage seals, mosquito spraying, etc. The Worst though is having to pay for them to spray in the dead of winter. No one needs outside sprayed when it's 10 degrees with snow. My biggest complaint though is after my 10 visit service contract was up (2.5 years) its so hard to get out. Call, wait, oh someone will call you back. Send a message, they show up to spray, please no we don't want to continue, call again, they call back. Omg! Now my $144 no payment is going to collections. Fine by me. I'm not paying. It's like the episode of Friends when Ross and Chandler want to quit the gym. "I want to quit the Gym". Go away!!!! Be aware... they also ask for their 5 star reviews.”
