“The service is fine but they don't communicate much and leave important information out when you first get the service. When you ask questions about they say it's in the agreement you signed but the person who had me electronically sign didn't let me ready it and just tried to tell me what was on it. They left out the part about contract obligations and how much you would still owe if you cancel before the initial services were completed.”

“I am really not someone to write bad reviews, but this is pretty terrible. The customer service over the phones and sales people are very kind and helpful, but my experience with the actual service is horrible. So far (3services) they have not completed the service on the scheduled dates. The technician comes for a few minutes (literally 5 minutes) barely sprays anything, then leaves. The service is supposed to be interior and exterior, and he sprayed about 10% of the exterior then left. I have needed to call and schedule a re-service every time so far and that is pretty frustrating. I shouldn’t have to call and ask them to do the job they were hired to do every time there is a service. Would not recommend.”
