“This company is trash!!! Saela has terrible customer service. They have refused to solve our mice problem. We have a membership with this company and our mice problem in our rental still persists. Yet they want more money from us. They want to tickle and dime us without actually removing the mice. We can't get anyone to take us seriously from this company. They keep passing from one person to the next without actual accountability. The call center is trash, with poor communication. I recommend everyone find a new pest control service e to use.”

“We tried to give this company so much grace and they’re awful to work with. They’re deceiving and the sale’s person we had basically scammed us cuz he convinced us to buy a service, said he would follow up and we never saw him again. Honestly go with someone local over this big company. I try to be very understanding but they gave us no room to be okay with how they treat their employees. We cancelled our services with them and continue to get charged by them. It’s so scammy and gross.”
