“READ IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL: You can cancel the service without penalty within three days of signing a contract. Make sure you mail them a signed cancelation form listed at the bottom of the service contract. Make sure that you get a return receipt or a form "3811" from the post office when you send the notice. There is an extra fee for certified mail and return receipt, but it's worth it.”

“Very pushy sales person- who quite literally walked past THREE no soliciting signs on my property- to still knock on my door, which also has a no soliciting sign on it. I told him at least 4 times we are happy with our current service, and have no desire to change, which he wouldn’t take no for an answer….This in and of itself will ensure I’ll never switch to them from my current pest control.”

“Would NOT recommend this company. My husband tried to cancel and they would not take NO for an answer. He ended up talking to 3 different people until they finally let him cancel. He was on hold for an hour. Then we STILL had to pay to cancel service. Feels like a scam to me and they obviously don’t value their customers or they wouldn’t be doing this”
