“Did not solve rodent problem. Hired these guys and was promised that they could solve my rodent problem a year ago. the claimed that the house was "secure" and rodent proof a year ago. They came out for regular service but did not catch a single rodent for almost a year even though there were clearly rodents up there. They just use basic traps and nothing fancy. After they finally caught a rodent they tried to up charge me 10x to solve the problem that I originally hired them for. would not use again. Attempted to cancel the service even after the service people and they make it very difficult to do, and will keep trying to come and charge you even after telling them no.”
