“Not sure what happened to this company. I was a happy returning customer, but they answer the phones as a different company now. My file wasn't retained, so I essentially had to re-enroll as a new customer, not a huge deal. However, I scheduled service for a window of 8-11am. I took time off from work so they could provide service indoors, 11am came around and no one showed up. I called their dispatch and they said my service time was scheduled for 11am-2pm. Unable to take more time off, I had to cancel the service and have decided to find another company. Unfortunately I took time off work for absolutely nothing. It's 2023, why they don't have automated text, email, or phone confirmations for appointments is beyond me.”

“Great prices and great staff. I've never had issues with the service and the fact that it's family owned and operated is really important to me. If you're looking for quarterly services for a good price, Guardian is your company! They'll come out and take care of anything they missed or any issues that arise after, but for me mostly I never have issues after the service.”
