“We hired this company for termite treatment/protection and exterior pest control. The initial services provided went well and I thought the technician had a lot of knowledge on the subject matter. The customer service and organization of service, however, is horrible. We utilize this service for a rental property and have to stay on top of them for everything. I would not recommend their service as a landlord, but it would probably be fine to use for your personal property.”

“I've been using Horne's for a few years now without any issues. More recently, with all the rain we've had the ants were taking over my yard and I have pets. I had to pay upfront for them to come out to spray my back&front yard (with priority in the back yard cuz of the pets) with the understanding they only cover up to a 1/2 acre (which between the back/front I was under). Upon arrival, the representative only sprayed the front yard and when questioned said he wasn't doing the back. I had to call the office explaining the whole reason for this was the back yard and to fix this. They reached out to the representative who had to interrupt someone in the house (even though they reassured me this wasn't necessary) to unlock a side gate (even though he had access on the other side of the house) to spray the back. It wasn't even 5 minutes supposedly spraying the back and from our end it appeared he just opened the side gate, sprayed right inside and then was done. I contacted management to make them aware of our dissatisfaction with this service and that in our eyes, the back wasn't touched. I was reassured it would be taken care of immediately. Almost a week later, I hadn't heard anything back so followed up on Monday. I was told the office should have called and within a few minutes they did. The earliest they could schedule me was for another week out. Again, I reached out to management to express my displeasure in their lack of making this a priority to fix immediately. Here they already had my money for this service but there was no rush on their end to make this right. So I'm left with waiting two weeks out in hopes they will do it right this time and knowing customer satisfaction isn't a priority for them.”
