“Unresponsive, unprofessional, unaccountable. The team from Hughes came to my house to assess my possible termite damage. I work from home, so I did not supervise them closely. However, when they left, I noticed that they damaged the area in and around the entry to my crawl space (pictures included). It's a small matter, so I let it go, yet was hesitant to continue doing business with them. About a week later, one of their representatives reached out to me to inquire about the quote they sent me. I mentioned the damage and provided the pictures. Rather than apologize, they denied culpability. Since their denial, I've reached out to them via voicemail and text - both to Tony who reached out about the quote and to the tech who came to my house (Evan). They have not responded to my inquiries. Either they did not recognize the damage they did, or they recognized it and did not tell me. The former is a matter of attention to detail, the later a matter of integrity. When combined with their lack of accountability and general unresponsiveness, I feel fully justified giving them the worst possible rating”
