“I truly wish I could give positive feedback, but the only evidence I had that he was even at my property was the door hanger left on my door. I was notified by text to rate his performance and went out less than an hour later and was not able to see a single granule that was supposedly applied. Granted it was raining heavily at the time (which makes me wonder why the application was even attempted) but even against the back of the house where there was not as much rain (due to over hang) I was no it able to see any granules. Furthermore this was a call back from two months before when they charged $106 and all they did was clean some spider webs. Hopefully with a second call back I will actually get the product application I paid for. I would like a different technician to come out with next application.”
