“I'm sorry to write a mediocre review, but our experience (in an apt in Roxbury) was disappointing. A year after their treatment, no mice were caught in those black triangular plastic traps, and it did not appear that any mice ate the bait (poison) since they were still running around. I spent an hour crawling under the kitchen cabinets and filling holes with steel wool that I bought on Amazon. That should have been done by the pest control technician. I also plugged in a strong ultrasonic mouse repeller (also from Amazon) that works on shock waves. I understand mice are a persistent problem, and pest control is not an exact science, it can be messy. My point is- it may be more cost effective to hire a handyman to seal holes and spread glue or snap traps, also repellent tabs, all available online at low prices. Good luck !”
