“Customer service with this company is a struggle. We had been customers for years, have always paid for our services immediately (up to a year in advance), and have never had to call and schedule, etc. (which was a relief since they never answer the phone, and if they’ve returned our messages in the past, we’ve only ever heard that they can’t give exact dates, they’ll get to us when they can). We never heard anything from them this year (which wasn’t terribly out of character since they’ve always treated Rhinelander very late in the season), and when we reached out, we were told they “never received our invoice so they didn’t schedule us.” This would be understandable, except we never received an invoice - not one left at our door, not in the mail, and not through email. Nobody bothered to follow up with us to tell us that “they hadn’t received it.” They just cut us off, without any contact or warning at all. I’m sure they’re a good company, unless you want any type of communication, advance scheduling, or follow up. Side note, we’ve had spiders in our house every year after treatment, and they didn’t make a dent in the problem when we had a mouse issue in our previous house. There are a lot of pest control companies out there, I would highly recommend spending your money at any other one.”
