“I let them know that I did not want to continue my services after my contract was up. I did not cancel my services, but I had inquired how I could because I will absolutely not be allowing this company to come out to my home again after my annual contract is up. I received a message today saying that they cancelled my account and I have a charge of $190.00 for the cancellation fee. This is after them coming out when I did not schedule them and charging me money I did not have. They refunded that at least but then just pulled it again the next month regardless of when I would've liked them to come out for service. I will not be paying for a cancellation that I did not request in place of services that I should be receiving. Not to mention that their services did not even work. We are paying for an additional pest control company because their product did not work at all. Do research into this company before going with them because they have hundreds of complaints on BBB as well. Only pro is initially the salesman was super nice I did enjoy my experience with him but don't let it fool you into thinking you are getting an overall good experience.”

“I was conned into getting the insulation service by their salesman Stephen. They were supposed to remove the old insulation, sanitize the attic and clean up everything from the service. Well, they left a mess. The old insulation was all over the front of my house, as well as all over my vehicles. They also broke the framing around the attic entrance. Then to top it off, I paid them in full only to have them charge my card on file an additional 1700.00 they said I still owed. Also, when I checked the attic there was still dead moths and old insulation in the attic.”

“Always very polite. Get a text prior to their arrival. I can even track them to see exactly when they will show up. Get a card to show what they did. They never hesitate to answer any questions I ask.”
