“The first contact that I had was professional and polite. He was a bit quick in explaining the length of initial contract, however details slowly was given. Probably the reason that I was interested was I was actively thinking about pest control. I don’t have a serious problem at the moment but was feeling I should address the prevention. I was not here when the technician came to the house. I looked around, however did not find evidence of his work, which I don’t expect too. Evidence will be, I guess, if I find any dead bugs etc.”
