“This company has us entangled in a one year contract beware it’s impossible to cancel because of the fees they did disclose and are expensive . One year later still attempting to cancel this contract and they won’t even answer the phone the online portal does not work and they keep promising to call back and have not. About ten days ago was our last pest control visit this is necessary to cancel the contact because it is described in the agreed -agreement. The product granules was spread on my teak deck they ruined my deck and now I have to sand them and reseal them because the stains won’t come out. And you guessed it they won’t acknowledge that we are trying to end the pest control agreement. I am very upset and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Good luck and buyer beware.”
