“My rental tenant (close friend) called and set up the appointments with this company. Tennant had video and image proof of mice/rodent issue in attic and explained such when making the appointment and was told no problem, they handled this all the time. Definitely a lie because they didn’t even bring a ladder with them, and the rodent issue was in the attic…. At the end of the 30 days when they came to get the final traps set at the attic door opening (not even throughout) they just complained that the rodent activity was too light to do anything , and actually refused to enter the actual attic space to check for holes or openings. Tennant had still been experiencing rodent activity during this time and explained that the neighbors directly next door were the likely source and they still refused to check the connecting attic wall for holes and gaps the rodents were traveling between. Workers were kind but not well experienced on handling the situation with rodents. Felt like a bait and switch situation. Now we have to hire a different company to actually fix the issue . Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere. Edit to add 7/29/25: Tennant kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, so I was aware of what was happening and the issues noted. The company called to follow up with the tenant after seeing the review above and instead of apologizing or taking ownership for the lack of what was promised in the service (they never even physically went into the attic to assess, only placed a few traps at opening-they didn’t even bring a ladder!), they tried to upsell us into more expensive plans. Absolutely disgusted by how this company operates and will make sure neighbors and friends know to avoid. Even if they offered to fix the situation, they are beyond unqualified to be offering rodent related services and would not trust.”

The technician showed up with a backpack sprayer in one hand and a brush in the other—and from the start, it was clear he took the job seriously. He took time to talk with us and really listened to our concerns before getting started. Then he got to work: spraying the foundation, brushing away cobwebs, treating the eaves, and even setting up bait boxes for mice around the outside of the house as part of the initial service. The cherry on top? He treated our mailbox too—talk about attention to detail! Pest Pro went above and beyond what I expected. If you’re looking for a company that actually cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Pest Pro.”
