“Update: I am changing my review from below and giving them 3 stars rather than 1. Brandon showed up and he was excellent . The supervisor called my wife and explained what happened and why they did not contact and why the delay happened . They promised us $50 discount for the inconvenience as we took the morning time off from work for their staff to get things done . Hope they stick to their promise. Previous review (Unprofessional service. If they give a timeslot of 8 am to 9 am- they font call nothing and when we called back we got an attitude. When you pay for a service you expect atleast a courtesy call or text.)”

“The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. This job is dealing with mice in a home. It seems as there is good coverage of bait and bait stations. Openings in the home were pointed out. One opening was sealed and another was pointed out that needs to be done by the family.”

“We've been working with them for 8 months trying to get whatever is in the house, out. We've had squirrels & mice that we know of. The guy says he'll be back and then doesn't show up or call for weeks. Meanwhile, who knows how much damage is being caused?! We repeatedly asked if he needed to get under the deck. Finally did it 2 weeks ago and hasn't been back. Again. He always has an excuse. Also never went in the attic. What? We have 2 attics and he never bothered to go in the one we use for storage. Listen, we can move stuff, no problem, but I feel like it's your job to find out how they're getting in, not mine. I've been sitting here listening 2 something chew the inside of my wall apart for almost 2 hours now and I'm a tad bit frustrated. Maybe they'll get this resolved before our house falls down around us.”
