“I called with an ant issue. The tech (Dan) came and rang the doorbell introduced himself and I showed him the problem area. I had a small anthill in front of my house. Dan laid down the ant bait, to my surprise he came back rang my doorbell and showed me pictures of the ants actually carrying away the bait. Fantastic service provided by Dan. I’ve been a Pointe customer this going on my second year. I also have their mosquito service. The techs are always pleasant, they will ring the doorbell and ask for any problem areas. They don’t just rush in and leave. Highly recommend Pointe pest services!”
