“We had an issue with bed bugs at one of our properties. We asked phillip and he said his company could get rid of them. I asked, “Do you guarantee you will get rid of them.” He said, “Yes in 2-4 weeks they will be gone.” November 4, 2019 Priority Pest Control came to treat the property. Several weeks later our staff called as the house for our interns still Jaír bed bugs. After repeated calls and emails they sent someone to spot spray. The tech said, “There are no bed bugs here.” My staff assured there was. The end on January I contacted Phillip and reminded him that it had been months and we still had bed bugs. I reminded him that he guaranteed the work and was responsible for what was now a massive infestation that spread to other properties. He said, “Ok I will send your money back.” At this point we have had bed bugs biting our interns for months and the bugs spread to other properties. Phillip refused to make it right but his partner jeff reached out to me and admitted that Jeff made a mistake. However, they refused to make it right insisting that just sending the money back was enough. We needed the job done right from the beginning. Now we are left to handle the beds bugs at several properties. The company admitted fault but will not make it right. To be fair Jeff the co-owner was kind but still after months of getting the run around and Phillip not standing by his word I would not advise using this company.”
