“Ranger just left my home a few minutes ago and I have never been more eager to complete a review! I just had the Patrick and John experience! First of all, this is a family owned business. When the dad came out and did the consultation, he was absolutely the most, hands down professional, knowledgeable and courteous! Patrick and John came today to get us squared away and they are amazinggggg. VERY Knowledgeable VERY courteous VERY Professional. But also personable at the same time. They were here early but sat in the trucks until the appointment time. Not to mention they are all very handsome gentlemen. This is the type of business that I wanna call and ask for recommendations for other services that is out of their scope. Why? Because the bar they set is SO high that I know they will not steer me wrong! Call them, you WILL NOT regret it!”

“After my husband completed some work on the house, he believed that we had a termite issue which prompted me to locate a reputable company. After reviewing about 20 or so companies based on Google, and friends referrals, I came across Ranger. I wholeheartedly agree with all the 5 star reviews - the individual who came to the house was prompt, professional, kind (answered all my questions, several repeats without any annoyance) and provided me with a wealth of information. I was concerned about having the "wool pulled over my eyes" and being told that treatment was needed immediately etc... None of which happened. I was told that there wasn't any current evidence of infestation, and then was given detailed information on what to keep an eye out for. I was grateful for whom I assumed was an employee of Ranger, to come to find out (at the very end of the visit) it was Mr. Donaldson - the OWNER HIMSELF! If you are in need of a reputable company, stop your search right here!”

“I used to have Termite Protection Program with one of those BIG NAME places but their customer service and technicians totally sucked. Then I found Ranger and I am so happy and absolutely satisfied. Their initial inspection was thorough, the price is reasonable, but the best part is the people - they are genuinely NICE and actually care about the customers. This is my third year with Ranger and I'm sticking with them forever! Highly highly recommend.”
