“Recently bought our first house this October and started noticing mouse dropping this December. We tried to cover up some holes and spray some chemicals but the problems progressed. Greenix showed up on our Google search and had great reviews so I gave them call around 9am on a Thursday and they were able to fit us in same day within a few hours. I love the fact I was able to speak to a person very quickly! And they have great customer service! Everyone I spoke with was very polite and helpful and could answer questions with ease. I was a little skeptical that they had a year minimum for their service and not a 6month option. With the $150 off deal it’s around $600 for the year for their services and they come back and check everything every 3months or if you need they can come sooner. We had an excellent service man come out to our place by the name of Bear! He was great with communication and our dogs (Benny and Bear) also liked him a lot. He was so kind and friendly and walked us through the problem areas and other things we can do to mouse proof the areas. My fiancé and I both felt he was a very genuine guy and shot us straight and assured us we can reach out to us any time and made sure we had his personal cell phone. I’d highly recommend requesting his service if it’s at all possible, overall he was incredibly helpful and reassuring that the mouse problem will be addressed. Thank you Bear!”
