As someone who used to work in multi-family residential management I have a long and varied relationship with pest control companies and it is very important to me that Pest Control services are at a reachable price point but also with an acceptable level of customer service. I have found that bar has been met in every way - their customer service reps are always a pleasure to speak with, their on-site techs are always knowledgeable and willing to help and are just generally enjoyable people to be around. I’ve never had a problem that they haven’t been able to solve and I would highly recommend Romney for any Pest Control services. Funny enough, the way that I found out about Romney was through a similar word of mouth from a friend who had much success with Romney and they gave us that recommendation after we had gone through a few companies that didn’t meet our expectations.
