“We try to support local businesses as much as we can but never get in touch with anyone for service. In the beginning we had prompt service, assuming since we had just purchased a termite bond. Now, a few years later we can never get a response to schedule a time for them to come spray. It’s been over 6 months of trying to get in contact with someone via text, phone call and email. Last year we had a pest issue needing immediate service but never got a response and had to hire someone else- We’ve invested thousands into having a bond with this company but we can’t get service to use it.”
