“I have always liked the service you provided and actually referred others to you. I will no longer refer your services to any of my clients or neighbors. Whoever is responding to your texts needs a lesson in customer service. I couldn't believe the rude text I got. I was unaware of the late fee after 24 hrs of the service and that's my fault for not reading the invoice. 24hrs and there's a late fee is just not right. I would think you would allow a reasonable amount of time to have the invoice paid. Ryon has always been very friendly and nice. I can't imagine he is behind the texting that is going on.”
